From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the front desk team—Ceren and her colleagues—as well as Mr. Mehmet for their warm welcome and professionalism. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The ski-in, ski-out convenience of the hotel made accessing the slopes effortless, allowing us to maximize our time on the mountain. As passionate skiers, we found the location ideal, with well-maintained runs and breathtaking views of Palandöken. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, offering a great selection that catered to various tastes. After long days on the slopes, the dining experience was a perfect way to unwind and refuel.

A special thanks to Nihat Bey for his warm hospitality, Kerem Bey, the head of operations, for his professionalism, and Mehmet Bey for assisting us with our room. I also want to acknowledge the kind blonde lady who took such great care of our family – her name slips my mind, but her exceptional service will always be remembered. The hotel itself is spotless, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the ski slopes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

They have kindly checked us in early. As soon as we have arrived, our room was already available for us. Much appreciated after a long flight. They have also kindly upgraded us to suit room which was huge. Breakfast and dinners were delicious, had lots of options. Staff were the kindest we could ask for, everyone was very helpful. The hotel was very clean throughout and the room has been cleaned everyday very throughly. Location is excellent. Hotel has every facility you could ask for. Ski and snowboard equipment is available, very convenient.

The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. The room was very clean, the bed really comfortable and there were proper curtains to block sunlight in the morning. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the quality and cleanliness was as it supposed to be for a 5 star hotel.

Best thing is it is near the ski lifts. You don’t need a car to reach the lifts. Food is very good. Personnel is doing their best and helpful. Clean, well heated and beds are good… the price compared to other hotels in the area is good…
